Awardees are Professor Se-Young Jeong of Pusan National University for the Science Award, Principal Young-Do Park of Suwonjeil Lifelong School for the Education Award, CEO Ho-Taeg Lee of Refuge pNan for the Service Award. They each received a trophies and 200 million won in prize money.

The entire process was livestreamed on the POSCO TJ Park Foundation YouTube channel to allow more people to participate. The POSCO TJ Park Foundation aims to promote national interest and participation in the spirit of creativity, talent development, sacrifice, and service, as embodied in the founding principles of POSCO, and to contribute to national development through the POSCO TJ Park Prize.
