-POSCO TJ Park Foundation will grant 300 people from 22 universities in POSCO Asia Fellowship certificate this year.

The ceremony was held on Oct 9 at Chulalongkorn University and on Oct 10 at Thammasat University in Thailand. At the event on Oct 9, 20 people including  Kim, Gwang-moo, the president of POSCO South Asia, and Chaiyaporn Puprasert, the vice-president of Chulalongkorn University, Kim, Eun-jeong, the counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Thailand, participated to congratulate scholarship winners.

“I hope that the scholarship program of the POSCO TJ Park Foundation will play a major role in the growth of our students as global opinion leaders in the future. I wish the scholarship students would devote themselves more in studies and I thank POSCO TJ Park Foundation for giving us the driving force for better future.”: said Chaiyaporn Puprasert, the vice-president of Chulalongkorn University, in this speech.

 

“I hope that POSCO Asia Fellowship winners will gain a great driving force based on the support of POSCO TJ Park Foundation and grow into the next generation leaders in Thailand.“: said Kim Gwangmoo-moo.

 

Meanwhile, POSCO TJ Park Foundation will pay scholarship to 300 undergraduates from 22 universities in 12 Asian countries including Thailand this year, giving spurs to train the talented in Asia.
