POSCO TJ Park Prize was established to honor the achievements of the late Chairman Tae-joon Park, who started POSCO and developed into a world-class steel mill, and to contribute to national progress by expanding public attention and participation in company’s founding principles, which are creativity, nurturing talent, and philanthropy.  The prize has been awarded since for 15 years since 2007, and Science Prize, Education Prize, Community Development & Philanthropy Prize and Technology Prize have been awarded to 52 Koreans and Asians until 2021.

 

POSCO TJ Park Foundation awards individuals or organizations with outstanding contribution in science, education, philanthropy, and technology.
