In 1998, Father Yoon established Yangeob High School, an alternative school for those having difficulties studying due to maladjustments or those falling behind in their studies. He ran the school with mutual respect for 15 years and practiced differentiated education of `Love and Care, Communication and Patience, Autonomy and Responsibility` rather than a one-way forced teaching so that the students could come to a selfrealization and voluntarily set and practice their own rules.
As a result, the Yangeob High School broke the prejudice of a school of ‘problem children’ and ‘maladjusted children,‘ and has become a prestigious alternative school with an entry competition rate of 7:1. At present, many graduates of this school go to prestigious universities at home and abroad.
