Dedicated social activist for "women homeless individuals" in welfare blind spots.

As a social activist, dedicated 24 years to supporting the most marginalized "homeless women" in Korea. She not only provided counseling but also facilitated medical services, job training, and employment opportunities, creating a foundation for self-reliance.

In 2004, she founded the "Open Center for the Homeless Women" which has protected and supported over 1,800 homeless women for 19 years. She proposed housing policies for the homeless and personally led pilot programs, contributing greatly to their reintegration into society.
